Use of Website Content

The content given on the Website intends to inform users about Image Group. All content provided on the Website, including text, images, animations, videos, digital artworks, audio files, and so on, is intended for personal use and informational purposes only. They are not intended for commercial use. Thus, the content may not be duplicated, sold, stored, distributed, printed, displayed, published, reproduced or exploited in any way for commercial use.

Image Group reserves all rights to change, delete or append any content to the Website, without prior notice to the users.

User Action

On using this Website, a user agrees not to use any obscene or offensive language; provide any false, misleading, abusive or harassing information; provide any personal information of someone else without their prior written consent; or use the Website for unlawful actions. Image Group reserves the right to take necessary action against any individual/group/organization involved in any such malpractices, as per the law. Registration

The users of the Site are required to provide necessary information for registration purposes in Image Group's events, such as Image Art Challenge. They are:

• Name and contact details of the user who is registering the students of their institution for IAC.
• Name of the participants of IAC, as mentioned in their school/college records (ID Cards), their phone numbers and email ids (Sub Junior, Junior and Senior category participants can be registered with the phone numbers and email ids of their parents or closest kin)

On registering the students for an event like Image Art Challenge (IAC) the user agrees to:

• Make the contact details shared by him/her available to Image Group.
• Allow Image Group to use the contact information shared by the user for communication regarding Image Group events, activities or inquiries.
• Allow Image Group to send e-mails and SMS regarding the latest activities at Image Group.

However, Image Group reserves the right to make decisions on contacting a user.

Event/Contest Policy

While registering for any Image Group events, like Image Art Challenge, the user is made aware of the following, and they agree about the same.

• The registration of a participant is complete only when his/her entry fee of Rs.100, is received by Image Group through the available payment gateway of the Site. The user shall collect the entry fee of Rs. 100 from students.
• In the event that the entry fee is collected in cash from an interested participant, the user must ensure that it is paid to Image Group digitally using the available payment gateway on the Site.
• The online Certificate of Participation will be sent to the registered email address of all participants.
• The jury selects the best three entries (for cash prizes) in each category, best 300 entries in Sub-Junior, Junior and Senior categories and best 100 entries in Super Senior category (for special prizes), and the best entry in each applicable category from schools/colleges with 250+ registrations (for bonus prize). There is no second opinion on their decision.
• Schools/Colleges will receive trophies only upon successful registration of 250 or more students from their institution.
• Schools/Colleges with over 75+ registrations will be eligible to be an IAC venue for its students.
• Schools/Colleges that are eligible to be IAC venues should allocate adequate venue space based on the number of participants from their institution. The competition is set to take place on August 31 (Saturday), which could be a holiday in most institutions.
• Schools/Colleges with 74 or fewer registrations will be updated with a venue that is nearest to their institution.
• Art teacher/Principal/any staff designated by the school/college for registering participants should ensure to provide all necessary details of the participants, such as name, Phone Number (closest kin’s for under 18), email ID, at the time of their registration. If a participant doesn’t have an email id, kindly ensure its creation before registration.
• No appeals or questions will be entertained regarding the jury's decisions.
• Upon submission of the artwork, participants assign and transfer all rights and ownership related to their artwork to Image Group, which retains the authority to publish, display, photograph, or reproduce the submitted artworks.
• The cash prize and special prize winners will be awarded their respective recipients at an event, which will take place in a venue close to maximum cash and special prize winners. The prizes of the winning participants who couldn’t make it to the event will be sent to their respective school/college, from where he/she can collect the prize.
• The schools that are eligible to receive trophies and the participants who are eligible to receive bonus prizes and certificates will receive them at their own institutions.
• Both the participants and the school/college will be notified if their student/they win cash prize, special prize or bonus prize with the registered contact details.
• The participants of the IAC should have their school/college ID card during the contest.
• If a registered participant is not present during a competition, he/she shall not be replaced by/swapped with an unregistered person.

Refund:

Participants in Image Group events / contests agree that once registration / entry fees have been paid, they will not be refunded.

Taxation and TDS:

Winners of cash prizes in Image Group's events / contests are advised that a TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be applicable as per the Income Tax Act. The exact TDS amount will be deducted from the Winner's prize money, Winner should submit their PAN Card and other necessary documents to provide the TDS Certificate for the deduction of Tax.

User Information: Privacy Policy

A user may voluntarily provide his/her personal information, such as name, e-mail address, contact number, etc to receive further information about any event organised by Image Group. Any such personal information provided is purely given with the utmost conscious and self-interest and is not provided by compulsion. By such an act, a user agrees to receive the required information through an e-mail, text message or a phone call from the officials of Image Group.

Submitting any forms shall be deemed to indicate that the user has read and understood the terms and conditions of the Website.

Information Security

Image Group ensures that it will prevent any unauthorised access to the information collected online. Any personal information provided on the Website will not be shared with/sold to/rented to any third party.
